HOW IT WORKS

Going Under Contract!

If your offer is accepted—congrats!—you’ll be officially under contract. While the sale won’t be final until closing, the home is reserved for you while the contract is in effect. Next, it’ll be time to make an earnest money deposit and secure your mortgage. There are tons of loan options out there, so working with a lender you trust is key to finding the best fit for you!

Home Inspection

A home inspection is a must—it gives you a clear picture of your future home’s condition. A licensed home inspector will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entire property and report any problems with the condition of the home's structure or systems. 

Home Appraisal

Your lender will set up a professional appraisal for the home—a third-party expert will assess its true market value to keep everything fair and square. If the home appraises for less than expected, no worries! You may have the chance to renegotiate or even step back from the contract if needed.

The Final Walkthrough

Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure all agreed-upon repairs are done and the home’s condition matches what we expected. This is your last chance to flag any issues before sealing the deal!
